Xiaomi is all set to launch Redmi Note 9. The smartphone will be launched via a virtual event today at 12 pm (IST). The company will stream the launch via its Facebook and Youtube pages. This is the company’s third smartphone in the Redmi Note 9 series following Redmi Note 9 Pro and Redmi Note 9 Pro Max.

Pricing:

The smartphone is expected to be lower than its previous versions, Redmi Note 9 Pro and Redmi Note 9 Pro Max. The global price of Redmi Note 9 is approximately Rs 11,900 which is expected to be the price in India also.

Specifications:

Redmi Note 9 comes with a 6.53 inch HD (1050×2350 pixels) display. Powered by an octa-core MediaTech Helio G85 gaming processor, the smartphone boasts of stronger CPU performance compared to its previous version, Redmi Note 8. Also, with its 48MP main camera, 8MP wide-angle lens, and 13MP AI front camera, it is a perfect choice for camera and selfie lovers. The dual SIM phone comes with a battery power of 5020 maH paired with 18W fast charging. The storage is expected to come in two variants- 64GB and 128GB. Its design is detailed and is available in shades of midnight grey, forest green, and polar white.
