Popular sports brand Adidas has launched two wireless headphones in partnership with Zound Industries. A few weeks back, Playboy Headphones were released and now Adidas to enter the headphones market. Two new Adidas Wireless Headphones with a series of FWD-01 in-ear headphones and RPT-01 over-the-ear headphones.

The company designed the FWD-01 headphones for athletes and the RPT-01 headphones series for fitness trainers. Along with sports performances, these two headphones promise better listening experience and long battery life. In the press release, Ella Renneus, Designer at Zound Industries mentioned: “For every Adidas product, empowering athletes to create in any field of play is paramount.”

The Adidas FWD-01 is designed for sports enthusiasts and athletes with durable built-quality especially during run-in sessions. The headphone has IPX4 ratings, which means the gadget is sweat proof. Like other sports earphones, the company used magnetic earbuds so that they can snap together during training sessions. The FWD-01 in-ear headphones offer up to 16 hours of playback time on a single charge.

For connectivity, it comes with Bluetooth 5.0 and USB Type-C port for charing. The headphones come only in dark grey color option. The Adidas FWD-01 headphones priced at $149 and will be available for sale from September 25.

The RPT-01 wireless over-ear headphones designed to withstand gym training sessions. Adidas has provided removable ear cushions for washing purpose and with a comfortable inner headband. That’s really a great move by Adidas because most of the headphones lack this feature. Users can customize controls using an action button.

About the specs, the Adidas RPT-01 Headphones offers 40 hours of playback time with added fast charging support. It comes with Bluetooth 5.0 and USB-C port. Just like FWD-01, this headphone is IPx4 rated sweat proof. The RPT-01 Wireless Headphones will be available in Dark Grey color and its priced at $169. The shipping will begin on 25th September.
