Microsoft has trademarked a new Xbox logo for Series X. Last week, Microsoft officially trademarked this all new Xbox Series X brand new logo. The company posted it on on American legal information website, Justia.
The new logo shows off a stylish ‘X’ next to the word ‘Series’ in a vertical manner. u/LemonMintHookah claimed that they were the first one to locate and identify this. He said he discovered it on the Xbox Series X sub Reddit (r/XboxSeriesX).
You must note that the brand new trademark now literally covers a wide range of goods and services. For example, it includes not only the PC hardware and software but also jewelry, apparel, bags, coffee mugs, and much more.
Back in last December, Microsoft unveiled Xbox Series X, its next generation gaming console which was previously being rumored as ‘Project Scarlett’ over the past couple of years. From then onwards, the tech giant announced a full list of specifications of Xbox Series X till last month. In this way, Microsoft confirmed a custom AMD Zen 2 octa-core CPU clocked at 3.8 GHz and a massive 12 teraflop custom RDNA 2 GPU with GDDR 6 GB of RAM.
The new Xbox Series X console will come with up to 1TB of NVMe SSD storage option which can be further extended up to another 1TB through an external data card. Apart from this, the console will come with other groundbreaking cutting edge features including ray tracing, variable rate shading, and much more. The best part is, the company said that it will support all games that were built for previous Xbox consoles. And obviously, the new Xbox Series X will support cross generation multiplayer gaming.
‘Xbox Series S’ is less powerful but more affordable than previous Xbox console and it is developed under the codename of ‘Lockhart’.
