The 3DMarks benchmark results show that Microsoft is using the Intel Core m3-8100Y CPU for the development of Surface Go 2. Surface Go 2 devices come in two models, one with WiFi and the other with LTE plus WiFi. Both Surface Go 2 models come with 8GB of memory and 128GB of SSD storage from Toshiba.
Microsoft will also offer surface Go 2 LTE versions to users who need a mobile connection.
Microsoft’s Surface Go 2 is expected to start at $399 (about 2,807 yuan), while top-of-the-line models equipped with LTE will cost as much as $650 (about $4,574).
It is also reported that the Surface Go Consumer Edition in Microsoft Marketplace in the United States has sold out. For Surface Go for Business, only basic models are available, and the other three configurations are sold out. But Microsoft’s official China mall can also buy A Surface Go tablets.
