OPPO will be hosting an event on April 13 for the launch of its upcoming Ace 2 smartphone. The flagship smartphone will be equipped with the Snapdragon 865 processor, dual-mode 5G connection and 65W cable fast charging. In addition, it has been reported that the phone supports 40W wireless charging, and a new list on the Radio Source Alliance (WPC) confirms OPPO’s plans to launch a 40W AirVOOC wireless flash charger.
It learned that the OPPO Qi charger is designed in white and grey with trays that place the phone on the right and look like a rotating fan at the top left. There are a large number of vents at the bottom to help dissipate heat, while the bottom shows that its maximum output is rated at 65W, but this should be generated by wired rather than wireless power, which will generate up to 40W.
As mentioned, the 40W AirVOOC Wireless Charger adopts a rotating design with white-gray color finish. It’s unclear how much the wireless charger will cost until next Monday while releasing the Oppo Ace 2 smartphone. Do share your thoughts on this in the comment section below!
