Apple officially pushed the iOS 13.4.1 and iPadOS 13.4.1 official update, version number 17E262, mainly including error fixes for iPhones and iPads.   • Addresses an issue where people using iOS 13.4 could not connect over FaceTime to people using iOS 9.3.6 or earlier, or OS X El Capitan 10.11.6 or older.
  • Fixes an issue with the Settings app that might have prevented Bluetooth from being selected in the Quick Act menu on the home screen.
