Finally, Poco X2 has launched in India and interestingly, it is not from the Poco F1 line up as expected and rumored. The new Poco smartphone is a rebranded Redmi K30 which was launched in China in January 2020.

Poco X2 is packed with a 6.7 inches Full HD+ LCD display screen and it comes with an aspect ratio of 20:9. The display comes with resolution support up to 2400 x 1080 pixels. Apart from this, other features in terms of the display are 120 Hz refresh rate and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection.

Poco x2 is going to be a pocket-friendly smartphone. It comes with a mounting rear camera. The handset features a quad camera setup with a 64 MP Sony IMX686 1.7 inches sensor. It also comes with a 6 P lens system that offers an aperture of f/1.89. This camera set is paired with a 5 MP macro lens, a 2 MP depth sensor, and an 8 MP sensor. The last-mentioned 8 MP sensor has a 120-degree wide-angle lens.

The front camera is also worth a mention. There is a dual selfie camera setup with a 20 MP and a 2MP sensor respectively.

Poco X2 is backed by a 4500mAh battery. The battery gets charged with 27 W fast charging support. Other features include NFC support, dual SIM slots, IR blaster, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, and P2i water-repellent coating. Similarly, connectivity options include USB Type C port and a 3.5 mm audio jack. The handset runs on MIUI 11 which is based on Android 10.

Poco X2 will be available in 3 variants in terms of Ram and internal storage option combo. The three variants are 6 GB RAM and 64 GB internal storage, 6 GB RAM and 128 GB internal storage and an 8 GB RAM with a 256 GB internal storage. The price of Poco X2 models are INR 15999, INR 16999 and INR 19999 respectively for the above mentioned three variants.

The handset will be made available in 3 colors only: Matrix Purple, Phoenix Red, and Atlantis Blue. Before we conclude, we want to tell you to note that from now on Poco is no more a Xiaomi powered sub-brand. Nowadays, Poco operates on its own without any exterior support from any other company.
