A few weeks back, Xiaomi, at the Qualcomm Snapdragon Tech Summit 2019 announced that they would be among one of the first smartphone manufacturers to launch a handset that is powered by Snapdragon 865 SOC. In the Tech Summit they also said that most likely, Mi 10 is going to be the groundbreaking model that is going to come with the first Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SOC.
After that event, there have been rumours that Mi 10 will come with a Pro variant too but nothing was confirmed by the company. Today, a leak has revealed not only the design of the Pro variant but also the launch date of it. If this leak comes out to be true then all punch-hole design rumours regarding this handset were false.
According to the images shared by a user on SlashLeaks, Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro sports a full-screen design curved on the sides without any notch or holes. It seems that in terms of look, it will be more or less like a Mi Note 10 device. This means the handset will sport either pop-up selfie camera or an in-display one. It should be noted that though there are chances of an in-display selfie camera, it is highly unlikely when compared with the pop-up camera.
In the rear, there is a circular camera setup with multiple cameras. Image quality or camera setup details are still unknown but some rumours suggest a Quad camera setup with a primary 108 MP camera.
The leaked images reveal that Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro will be launched on 23rd February 2020. 2020 is Xiaomi’s 10th anniversary year so the company might bring some more wonders this year.
