Mojeek Search Engine allows you emotion based search

Mojeek Search Engine is here to offer you a completely different search experience. Mojeek is an independent privacy-focused crawler based search engine that is built on C programming language. It does not rely on indexes built by other search engines; instead, it uses its own search index.

According to the company, this is one of the biggest search indexes that is currently offered. A Mojeek search engine allows emotion based web search. With this, you will be able to perform searches and filter out search results based on the emotion.

Mojeek wrote in a blog post “Mojeek’s index of nearly 2 billion web pages is currently being analyzed using EMRAYS Technologies deep learning algorithms and scored against 5 emotions – ‘love’, ‘laughter’, ‘surprise’, ‘sadness’ and ‘anger’. The vast majority of indexed pages written in English have already been analyzed.”

We have shared screenshots below. Check these out. We searched Steve Jobs in Mojeek’s emotion based search. It shows the Wikipedia page of Steve Jobs with a love reaction while Apple’s page commemorating Steve Jobs comes with a sad emoji.

Likewise, you will be able to click on any of the emotions to get results just based on that particular emotion. This feature looks funny but it is really interesting. For instance, it will be very useful if you want to stay away from some negative news.
