Xiaomi is about to host a launch event to unveil the Mi CC9 Pro smartphone. Today, the Xiaomi official Weibo handle has confirmed the launch day and its key specs. The Weibo post comes with an invite poster that reveals Xiaomi Mi CC9 Pro will be launched on 5th November and it also claims that it will the first smartphone to feature 108MP five rear cameras.

As per the poster, the event will begin at 2 PM on November 5 in China. Looking at the poster, the Mi CC9 Pro adopts the vertical camera setup where three lenses are placed in one segment and the other two lenses placed separately just below the other. Xiaomi claims this smartphone will be the first to be commercially available with a massive 108-megapixel camera with a 5x optical zoom. Just below the shooters, we can find two dual-LED flashes.

Apart from these, the poster doesn’t share many details about the Mi CC9 Pro smartphone. But we can expect powerful specs of 8GB of RAM, 256GB onboard storage, Snapdragon 730G chipset and a massive 4,000mAh battery with 27W wired fast charging and 20W wireless charging support.

Meanwhile, on the same day, the company got plans to release the Xiaomi Mi TV 5 and Xiaomi Watch with Wear OS. Mi Watch expected to be unique than Mi Band while the Mi TV 5 was first announced in September 2019.

Xiaomi Mi CC9 Pro expected to arrive with a price tag of around 2,200 Yuan in China that’s roughly $310. We have to wait for the official launch to know about details about the smartphone price and availability.
