Brandon LeBlanc of the Windows Insider team said that the last version of Insider Preview delivered to the Windows Insider team is going to be the final version. Brandon said: “We believe that Build 18363.418 is the final version, and we will continue to improve the overall experience of 19H2 on the client PC, which is part of our regular work.” He further noted that this version contains all the latest 19H2 features.

Microsoft will provide an upcoming release of Windows 10 November 2019 as a cumulative update. The update will completely focus on performance improvements and OS stability without any major changes to the operating system.

Once the Windows 10 November 2019 update is finalized, Microsoft will gradually begin to shift its testing efforts to the Windows 10 20H1-2020 operating system. If a user doesn’t want to test Windows 10 2020 immediately and wants to stick to the November 2019 update then he/she have to go `Update and Security’ from `Settings’ and then to `Windows Insider’ to ensure that he/she is in the Release Preview ring.

In simple words, it is now possible to upgrade to the most stable version of Windows 10, Win 10 1903.
