Canon’s latest entry-level mirrorless camera, Canon EOS M200 is the successor of Canon EOS M100. Key features of this camera include the latest Canon Digic 8 processor, improved autofocus, and 4K video recording. The gadget is lightweight.
Canon considers that EOS M200 is specially designed for users who want to upgrade their smartphone photography skills with cool features of Canon’s Creative Assist that include a suite of effects, filters and color adjustment tools and much more.
The camera features a 24.1 MP APS C sized sensor. This powerful sensor helps in shooting detailed images. The camera is not only capable of recording 4K video but it is also able to shoot slow-motion videos at 120 FPS in HD mode.
Recently, it was reported that the company will announce the Gold edition of EOS M200. Finally, Canon released the EOS M200 Gold Limited Edition in the Japanese market. At the same time, it also co-branded with Yomiuri Giants and released EOS M200 limited edition camera for the Japanese market. Yomiuri Giants is a famous Japanese baseball team.
Canon’s EOS M200 Gold Limited Edition comes with an EF-M15-45mm F3.5-6.3 IS STM lens, a special shoulder strap, and a 2020 Tokyo Olympics Memorial Badge. There is no doubt that it is prepared to celebrate the upcoming Tokyo Olympics. EOS M200 Gold limited edition is expected to sell 5000 sets. It will be available for purchase from 18th October onwards.
The EOS M200 limited edition set that is co-branded with the Yomiuri Giants baseball team includes an EOS 200 camera, a Yomiuri Giants themed shoulder strap and Tokyo Olympics official mascot brooch badge. There will be only 450 sets and they will be available for sale from 18th October onwards.
As far as price is concerned, Canon EOS M200 Gold Limited Edition is tagged with a price of 77500 yen (approximately 5150 RMB). On the other hand, Canon EOS M200 Yomiuri Giants limited edition is tagged with a price tag of 94050 yen (approximately 6250 Yuan).
