A 62 mph electric motorcycle Sur Ron White Ghost is launched by Sur Ron at the China International Motorcycle Show. The Sur Ron White Ghost is now named as VOGE ER 10 electric motorcycle. It has a claimed range of about 100-120 km on a single charge.
The production of the White Ghost has been handed by Sur Ron to Loncin Motors, according to evnerds. The Aur Ron White Ghost was released by the company two years ago. Much was not heard about the bike after that until the recent launch of the bike with a new name.
The motorcycle brand VOGE is owned by Loncin. Loncin has been a manufacturer of gas-powered motorcycle till the release of VOGE ER 10. VOGE ER 10 will be Loncin’s first electric motorcycle. The motorcycle has a liquid-cooled 6kW continuous mid-drive electric motor which is rated for a peak output of 14 kW. The shaft torque of the motorcycle is 42 Nm.
The bike has a powerful motor that gives the bike top speed up to 100 km/h. The speed is more than the previous Sur Ron Light Bee which has a speed around 72 km/h.
The front suspension fork of VOGE ER 10 has gorged aluminum frame. Along with this it also has a multi-link adjustable rear center shock and ABD brakes. The bike weighs 115 kg. The battery has a weight of 29 kg but it is not clear whether it is removable or not.
The price of the bike will be 33,800 RMB as quoted by VOGE. In the next six weeks, the company is planning to present the bike at the EICMA Milan Motorcycle Show and then it will start the production.
The mid-power motorcycles are in demand in the market. Many new models have been launched earlier. The launch of VOGE ER 10 will be a good venture to spend your money. The performance and price of the motorcycle will fall in the middle range.
