Huawei has already confirmed about the launch of Mate 30 and Mate 30 Pro smartphones on 19th September in Munich. To add up more, the company is to collaborate again with Porsche Design to bring Huawei Mate 30 RS smartphone and Huawei Smart Screen on the same day.
A new video teaser has been shared by Huawei’s consumer business CEO on Weibo and on official Huawei Twitter account. They shared a single video, that reveals the Huawei Mate 30 RS Porsche Design.
The teaser suggests the Mate 30 RS model come with unique metallic body finish with new configuration than the regular Mate 30 series. The light rays speculated from this video might be denoting the camera setup. If so, we can expect the Huawei Mate 30 RS will be equipped with new camera setup at the rear.

Also, the Weibo post mentioned, “Continue the design language of technology and speed, and reconstruct the classics of the times”. Like the Mate 30 series, the device will be powered by Kirin 990 processor and will sport an AMOLED display that supports 90Hz refresh rate.
According to rumored specs, the Mate 30 Pro variant will have massive 4,500mAh battery with 40W fast charging support and 27W SuperWireless charge. The device will come in 8GB/12GB RAM models with 512GB onboard storage. The software is covered by Android 10 OS and EMUI 10 UI on the top. It will be equipped with quad-camera rear setup. The device is IP68 rated and it won’t be having a 3.5mm audio jack.

However, the pricing of the Huawei Mate 30 RS variant sure gonna be expensive. We love the experience the Porsche Design Huawei Mate 30 RS now. Unfortunately, we have to wait until September 19 for the official launch of Mate 30 series.
