Today, Oppo has officially announced its latest flagship device in China, Reno 2 smartphone. The Reno 2 comes with lots of key features that include Snapdragon 730G SoC, 48MP quad cameras and stunning design. Oppo Reno 2 will be available for sale from September 12.
Talking about the device, Reno 2 sports a 6.5-inch eye-protection panoramic screen with an aspect ratio of 20:9. The screen brightness of Reno 2 can reach the limit of 500 nits and it can reach up to 700 nits during outdoor use. The company claims, that OPPO Reno 2 is the world’s first smartphone to receive the Full Care German Eye Global Certification.

The Reno 2 is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 730G processor, coupled with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. Oppo may launch its 256 GB variant in China in coming days.
Oppo Reno 2 is equipped with a quad-camera setup that includes 48MP Sony IMX586 primary sensor, an 8MP super wide-angle, a 13MP telephoto and a 2MP camera. The primary lens comes with Optical Image Stabilisation (OIS) and other three sensors can achieve 5x hybrid optical zoom and up to 20x digital zoom.
At the front, it has a shark-fin rising camera mechanism that pops-out with 16MP selfie camera. The device supports NFC feature and it runs on Android 9 Pie OS covered by ColorOS 6 UI on the top.
In addition, the Reno 2 boasts a 4000mAh battery that supports VOOC 3.0 20W fast charging. The device comes in three new colors – Mist Powder (Pink), Deep Sea Luminous (Black) and Ocean Heart (Blue).
Alongside, Oppo officials unveiled the Enco Q1 wireless headphones. The headphones are priced at 599 Yuan, that is nearly 6000 in India. As per the company, the Enco Q1 headphones will be available for sale from 12th September.
Talking about the pricing and availability, the Reno 2 is priced at 2999 Yuan (roughly $430). The smartphone will be available for purchase from 12th September through online medium.
