Back in July this year, Qin, a subsidiary of Xiaomi announced its new smartphone, Qin 2. Qin got about 15000 applications in its pre-sale and collected more than $ 1000000. Qin has started supplying of the smartphones from 31st August onwards.
Qin 2 comes with a 5.1 inches screen with 1440 x 576 pixels and an aspect ratio of 22.5: 9. The device comes with only one camera. There is no front camera which means you won’t be able to shoot selfies with this handset. The only camera come is of 5 megapixels.
Qin 2 is powered by a Unisoc SC9832E processor along with 1 GB of RAM. The smartphone comes with an internal storage of 32 GB. As far as the battery backup is concerned, it is backed by a 2100 mAh battery. Qin 2 runs in Android Go 9.0.
The specifications suggest that it is a budget-friendly handset but that does not mean it compromises on any necessities. The device supports 4G networks and comes with a USB Type-C port, an infrared port. There is a voice assistant as well and the device comes with a separate button for calling the assistant.
After checking all the features offered by the Qin device, it seems that Qin 2 is designed by Qin for the consumers who are looking for a spare smartphone purely for call and messaging or regular phone use purpose. It can also be used as a second phone exclusive for emergency situations.
Qin 2 comes with a cheap price tag. The device is priced less than $100, which is roughly Rs 4,999. However, experts considered the smartphone not worth buy even at that rate and they expected the price to go down on Chinese sites soon. The device is available in four color choices – Red, Pink, Blue, and Black.
