Sequent introduced a new fitness tracking smartwatch, SuperCharger 2. SuperCharger 2 is the successor of SuperCharger which was spotted by Digital Trends at the 2018 Baselworld watch event. The new smartwatch comes with new-age technology. Just like a general traditional automatic watches, this Sequent smartwatch uses kinetic energy from your movements to power the watch.

All you have to do is wear it and it will show you not only the time but also how many steps you have walked and so on. The data gets synced to your phone through Bluetooth. You have to download Sequent’s custom app for Android or iOS depending on what smartphone you use and then connect the app with the watch. Data will automatically get synced. You will be able to check total step counts, total calories burnt and distance traveled.

Notably, SuperCharger and SuperCharger2 use the same concept, same principle and almost similar design but there are a number of significant changes as well. First of all, the new model uses next-generation technology and thus is priced lower than the previous one.

The cheapest variant of SuperCharger smartwatch came with a price tag of $500 while the cheapest variant of SuperCharger 2 comes with a price tag of only $180. Incidentally, Sequent is using the same sales technique with what it did with its predecessor. Sequent is using Kickstarter to sell the SuperCharger 2.
