Nubia is gearing up to launch its latest gaming smartphone, the Nubia Red Magic 3S an upgraded version of Red Magic 3S. Nubia has shared an invite poster at Weibo that confirms that the Red Magic 3S is scheduled to launch on 5th September in Shanghai, China.

The poster shows, the Nubia Red Magic 3S will be launched in China. The event to be hosted in Shanghai on September 5, 2019 at 14:00 hours.

As reported, Nubia Red Magic 3S smartphone is powered by latest Snapdragon 855 Plus chipset and we expect 6GB of RAM. The Snapdragon 855+ can deliver 15% faster GPU performance and up to 2.96GHz clock speed, combining both will offer great gaming experience.

Still, we don’t have any confirmation of the rumored specs of the device. We expect the Red Magic 3S to sports an AMOLED display with 120HZ refresh rate. It is also rumored that the device will built-in cooling technology, a massive battery of 5000mAh battery, new game controls with a pressure-sensitive, in-display fingerprint scanner and 5G connectivity.

To remind, the Red Magic 3 already equipped with cooling fan technology and 90HZ OLED display. Since Red Magic 3S is an upgraded version of it, we expect some ‘Upgraded’ features.

Comparing other gaming smartphones, Nubia might have some plans to release it under budget-segment gaming smartphone. And it gonna directly compete with Black Shark 2 Pro and Asus ROG Phone 2.

However, we don’t have any information on global launch and pricing. We believe Nubia will unveil the Nubia Red Magic 3S with a price tag between 1500 Yuan to 2500 Yuan. We should hear more details regarding the Red Magic 3S specs before the launch event.
