After a series of leaks and teasers, finally, Xiaomi unveiled Redmi Note 8 and Redmi Note 8 Pro. Just like what the company did at the Note 7 series launch, experts are considering that there might be some more smartphones up Xiaomi’s sleeve. Let us take a look at them!
Redmi Note 8 and Redmi Note 8 Pro
Both the smartphones support dual nano SIMs and run in Android 9 Pie along with Xiaomi’s own OS, MIUI 10. The Redmi Note 8 and it’s Pro variants sport a 6.39 inches and a 6.53 inches Full HD display respectively along with an aspect ratio of 19.5:9.
The Redmi Note 8 is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 and 6GB RAM, while the Pro variant is powered by a MediaTek Helio G90T and 8GB RAM. Both are protected by Gorilla Glass 5 from both sides. As far as the camera is concerned, there is a 48 MP primary and a 13 MP secondary camera in both models.
As reported, Redmi TV comes with a 70 inches 4K HDR display which is surrounded by thin bezels. As far as the key features are concerned, Redmi TV comes integrated with 6th generation Picture Quality Engine, Dolby Atmos audio and DTS HD sound. The smart TV is powered by a 2GB RAM, an Amlogic 64 quad-core processor clocked at 1.5GHz and a Mali-450 MP3 GPU. The TV also offers 16 GB internal storage.
Redmi TV runs on Patchwall OS which is based on Android. It comes with a voice assistant, a Bluetooth powered voice control remote, 3 HDMI ports, 2 USB ports, and dual-band Wi-Fi connectivity.
RedmiBook 14 Pro
The RedmiBook 14 laptop three configurations: i5 with 512GB SSD, i5 with 256GB SSD, and i7 with 512GB SSD. All the three variants are powered by 10th generation Intel processors paired with Nvidia MX250 GPU and 8GB RAM. The laptops are available in Pink and Grey color. Redmi also introduced an upgraded version of RedmiBook 14 named, RedmiBook 14 Pro.
