MSI has launched three new laptops – Prestige 14, Prestige 15 and Modern 14 which are powered by 10th generation Intel processors. All three laptops are specially designed for faster video rendering and photo editing. According to MSI, these laptops are promising enough to deliver over 40% faster video rendering and photo editing.
It should be noted that the duo MSI Prestige 14 and MSI Prestige 15 will jointly be the company’s first laptops to use Nvidia’s latest 16 series graphics along with Intel’s latest 10th generation processors together. Both MSI Prestige 14 and Prestige 15 can be powered highest by an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 Max-Q in terms of graphics and by a 10th generation Intel Core i7 U Processor in terms of CPU.
The two MSI Prestige laptops have a screen to body ratio of over 90% and they come with a microSD card reader, two Thunderbolt 3 ports, and Wi-Fi 6 connectivity. There is also an option of a 4K display with 100 % Adobe RGB for both models. Prestige 15 also has an HDMI port.
More or less the two MSI Prestige laptops are the same in terms of capability; the only major difference is the size of their screens. The 14 inches model weighs 2.84 pounds and offers a battery life of 14 hours while the 15 inches model weighs 3.64 pounds and offers a battery life of 16 hours.
On the other hand, Modern 14 can be highest-powered by a 10th generation Intel Core i7 processor in terms of CPU and by an Nvidia GeForce MX250 in terms of GPU. The system comes with a 14 inches FHD display with 100 % RGB and packs a 2 GB GDDR5 VRAM. The device weighs 2.64 pounds and offers a battery life of 10 hours.
