Xiaomi’s upcoming flagship device will be called the Redmi Note 8. Last week Xiaomi announced about the Redmi 64MP Camera smartphone and yesterday Xiaomi VP posted a video of manufacturing the Redmi’s 64-megapixel camera smartphone. And today, a new Xiaomi smartphone getting 3C certificate and it could be possibly the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 series.
According to the listing, the Redmi Note 8 smartphone will be equipped with a 64-megapixel camera at the rear and it will support 18W fast charging technology. Seeing yesterday’s video, it confirms Redmi’s 64MP camera phone is Redmi Note 8 series. As shown, the camera arrangements of three cameras aligned vertically and the TOF sensor placed on the right. The video also revealed that the terminal will not have a pop-up selfie camera! Also, the Redmi Note 8 should sport a waterdrop notch display design.
Xiaomi already confirmed that it is working on a smartphone with a 64MP camera and to interstate with the new Samsung ISOCELL Bright GW1. While comparing these hints, it supposed to be the Redmi Note 8 series. We can expect Redmi Note 8 to have 64MP or 48MP camera and uses Samsung’’s GW1 sensor. As per some reports, the new Redmi Note 8 will be powered with the latest MediaTek Helio G90T processor coupled with Mali-G76 GPU.
Xiaomi VP already mentioned, “Redmi’s 64 million four-shot mobile phones has been in mass production half a month ago.” That gives us hints about the launch and it seems Xiaomi is gearing to host an event in China to launch the new Redmi Note 8 with 64MP Camera Smartphone to the world.
We don’t have any official information about the device name, yet we can expect it to be the Redmi Note 8 with a 64-megapixel camera. It is also rumored, that Redmi is working on K20 Pro upgraded version and it might even have a 64-megapixel camera and Snapdragon 855 Plus processor. We expect more details regarding the Redmi Note 8 phone will be shared soon by Xiaomi.
