Motorola’s upcoming smartphone will be equipped with the quad-camera setup with 5X hybrid zoom. A few months back, some leaked press renders of a device with quad cameras surfaced on the web and we thought it might me Motorola One Pro. But now, the new leaks suggest its Motorola One Zoom and the company will host a launch event soon to make official launch of this device.
As per the leaked source, the Motorola One Zoom will sports a 6.2-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080×2340 pixels along with a U-shaped notch. The device is powered with an 11nm Snapdragon 675 processor coupled with 4/6GB of RAM and 64/128GB as internal storage. The One Zoom comes with a glassy design and a quad-camera setup at the rear. At the front a single 16MP camera act as a selfie shooter.
In addition, the key feature of the Motorola One Zoom is the rear camera. The device is equipped with a Quad camera setup that includes 48-megapixel primary camera, a 12-megapixel secondary camera, an 8MP zoom lens and an unknown fourth camera – might be a 5MP depth sensor for portrait shots. It supports dual OIS, 5X hybrid zoom, 117-degree field of view and more. The telephoto lens hardware will offer 2X or 3X zoom, but using the other camera sensors it can achieve up to 5X zoomed image.
The Motorola One Zoom is packed with a 4,000mAh battery that supports 27W TurboCharging technology. Like other Motorola One series devices, the device runs on Android 9 Pie out of the box. The device has a 3.5mm headphone jack and a USB Type-C port on the bottom. It will be available in three different colors.
Finally, the Motorola One Zoom is reportedly launched in the month of September at the IFA 2019 – Berlin and it should cost €429. If its the device is officially announced, then One Zoom will be the first Motorola’s smartphone to feature a Quad rear camera setup.
