Honor has just teased the upcoming laptop from them named as the Honor MagicBook Pro. Similar to the Huawei MateBook lineup, Honor launches its MagicBook lineup of laptops as well. Since we know that Honor is a sub-brand of Huawei, they have similarities between them too. Although we know that Honor and Huawei are not having the best of times in industry due to the US-China trade war, things are getting back to normal.

Therefore, Honor is going to announce its new MagicBook Pro on July 23 in China. Now, we are not sure when or if the Honor MagicBook Pro will ever launch outside of China. Because Huawei is also reluctant in launching its MateBook outside of China. First of all, we know that the Honor MagicBook Pro will be similar to Huawei MateBook X Pro in terms of looks. As per the source, it will also have a bezel-less display and extremely thin design while being lightweight. It is also fair to say that Honor MagicBook Pro will be identical to the MacBook Pro from the outside same as Huawei’s MateBook X Pro.

Apart from that, Honor says that the MagicBook Pro will be powered by 8th-gen Intel Core processors. It will have a 16.1-inch display as opposed to 15.6-inch displays seen on other laptops. Now, we also know that Apple is releasing a 16-inch MacBook Pro this year. So we might see laptops with 16-inch displays becoming the standard.

Along with that, the MagicBook Pro from Honor will have 8GB RAM and 512GB of SSD storage. One of the privacy features in the Honor MagicBook Pro will be its webcam placement. Honor has teased that the webcam on this laptop will be hidden inside function key which will come up when pressed.
